Shipping policy

We ship to more than 40 countries, and every order comes with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days after payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is free on every order – to every country we ship to, with no minimum order value.

The shipping cost is always shown in the checkout before you pay.

Delivery times

Including processing, your order usually arrives within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance. These are estimates – in rare cases (customs checks, public holidays, carrier delays) a parcel can take longer.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel on our order tracking page.

Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. They are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.
